This is perhaps the best solution for small businesses with relatively little IT infrastructure. Under this scheme there are no on-going maintenance charges and we will provide technical support as required for £50 per hour.
Ongoing Technical Support and Strategy Development
Larger businesses will often require ongoing technical support as well as assistance in developing their IT strategy. Maxima Systems is pleased to offer these services for a reasonable monthly fee, in return for which the client's IT strategy will be investigated, recommendations made and systems maintained and supported. The monthly fee includes a number of low cost hours per month, with subsequent hours billed at the usual £50 per hour. The number of hours to be included in the monthly fee is decided by the client, with more hours leading to a lower per hour cost. Users of this service may also be able to take advantage of pre-planned maintenance and support work outside normal working hours.
